• Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase (order ID) is required

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.

Non-Returnable Items

• Digital products, SaaS subscriptions, and gift cards (once redeemed)
• Food & Beverage items that have been opened
• Personal care items once opened (for hygiene reasons)

Return Conditions

Digital Market Guide reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect. Digital Market Guide is not responsible for items damaged during return shipping.
